MCSO Corrections Department - Visitation Notice

Visitation is scheduled Sunday through Saturday including holidays as staffing allows during the timeframes listed below:
8:30 - 10:30 AM
1:15 - 6:45 PM
8:30 - 9:25 PM

Visitation shall be immediately terminated, and an incident report submitted if any of the following rules are violated:

1. During a remote visit, the visitor is prohibited from operating any motor/electric vehicle.

2. During a remote visit:
a. Visitors are prohibited from displaying any item that is, or appears to be, a weapon, explosive device, or other item that could cause harm to kill.
b. Visitors/Inmates are prohibited from exhibiting lewd or lascivious behavior. 
c. Visitors are prohibited from using excessive profanity or any other verbal obscenities.
d. Visitors are prohibited from photographing and/or otherwise recording any visit.
e. Visitors/Inmates are prohibited from exposing breasts or genitalia.
f. Visitors/Inmates are prohibited from displaying any known or suspected alcohol or illegal substance.
g. Inmates are prohibited from covering, or otherwise concealing any part of the kiosk monitor. 

Starting Monday, September 18, 2023, all on-site visitation will be discontinued.
